Mike Bush, J.D.

Mike practices a community-centered approach to real estate. From where we live, to where we shop and work, real estate is central to our happiness and quality of life.

A licensed West Virginia attorney and real estate broker, Mike understands real estate title, zoning and planning issues, economic development, commercial transactions, business planning, and landlord-tenant issues. From first-time homebuyers to large-scale developers, Mike uses these skills to help clients understand and engage in the process, troubleshoot issues that may arise, and forecast transaction issues. Mike specializes in commercial property management, commercial leasing, and commercial and residential sales.

Born and raised in Wheeling, West Virginia, Mike and his wife, Liz, relocated to the Martinsburg area for its economic vitality and Mountain State beauty.

Donnie Fisher

Donnie is a lifelong resident of Jefferson County, West Virginia.  With 15 years of experience, Donnie practices all aspects of real estate, serving local and national clients.

Specifically, Donnie focuses on property management and commercial sales, leasing, and development. Donnie is President of the Jefferson County Planning Commission.

Donnie and his wife, Kara, have three children.  A strong faith and family values are the foundation of Donnie’s business practices.

Joe Sturm

Working as a lending professional for many years, Joe understands “the numbers” and specializes in residential real estate, investment multi-unit complexes, and property management.

A native of Iowa, and raised in Wheeling, West Virginia, Joe, his wife Becca, and their two children call Berkeley County, West Virginia home.

Tara Showen

Tara is a native of Jefferson County, West Virginia.  Her experience in banking and as a small business owner offers clients a well-rounded and approachable perspective of real estate.  Tara understands the importance of family and community, and how real estate often supports our personal and professional accomplishments. Also, when it comes to listing and marketing real estate, Tara’s photography skills provide a sharp attention to detail – showcasing the best qualities of clients’ properties. Tara specializes in residential real estate and property management.
